Lakefront Luxury Castle w/ Hot Tub, Sleeps 24+

We invite you to live like royalty at the Castle at Summit Lake! The Castle at Summit Lake is a sprawling 7,500sf, 3-story, lake-front Castle on 1+ acre that can sleep up to 24 guests and features an outdoor hot tub, media/entertainment room, billiards room, poker turret, arcade room, outdoor fireplace, freshwater dock, multiple patios and decks, lake toys and much more. The Castle is equipped with high-speed internet, air conditioning and Smart TVs (with streaming options). The space The private 1+ acre lake-front estate is located on the North side of Summit Lake. Summit Lake is relatively deep freshwater lake that is well-known for boating, fishing and swimming. We have a large dock that guests are welcome to utilize, and we supply a limited amount of life-jackets, an extra-large paddle board, a pedal boat, a kayak and a few other lake toys. We provide lakeside seating for 20+ guests and our shoreline has a bit of a sandy beach and large fire pit to gather around. Just off the shore is a 9-person hot tub carefully placed for the best lakeside views. Beyond the well-manicured lawn is a semi-covered patio area with outdoor dining for ~16 and is equipped with a large propane BBQ. Steps away are double doors that lead you back inside the Castle and to a big bar area with seating for ~14 and boasts an additional fridge, sink, dishwasher and glasswares. Our Castle offers the perfect blend of gathering places and private spaces for groups! There is an additional cabin on the property (available at an additional cost) that can accommodate another 6 guests. The Castle at Summit Lake is located >5 minutes off WA-8/Hwy 101 in West Olympia. The Castle is ~20 minutes to downtown Olympia, ~1 hour to the Ocean cities (Ocean Shores and Westport), ~1 hour to SeaTac airport and ~1 hour to the Olympic National Forest. The nearest city with basic amenities (fuel, dining, grocery, etc) is McCleary which is ~10 minutes away. In the other direction (~15 minutes away), Capital Mall area features all your "big box" stores, dining and services. This is NOT a party house or event space. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours from 8p-8a. -Maximum occupancy for vacation rentals is limited to 24 guests overnight (or 30 guests if you have chosen to add the Cabin). Additional day time guests may be allowed with permission. -A maximum of 10 cars are allowed on the property during any/all rentals. No street-side or off-site parking is offered or permitted. -A signed rental agreement is required to rent this property. -Please remove your shoes inside the Castle. -No smoking in the home, or within 10 feet of exterior doors and windows. Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fees. -Please do not take our indoor bed or bath linens (white in color) outdoors. We provide separate outdoor lake towels and linens (blue in color).  -Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per day. Additional pet rules must be followed. -All guests staying at or visiting the home must be registered. Undeclared guests and pets will incur a charge of $5,000 for the violation and subject to immediate cancellation of your stay. -This property has several outdoor security cameras used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and trespassing. Please note: Our base rate includes up to 16 guests. Each guest beyond that is an additional $50 per person, per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, extra laundry, and tears and wears on the property.
