For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in. You will be given your keys via a LOCKER located at the entrance of the following address: NICARAGUA 6042. This address is 6 blocks away from the apartment. A different method for pickup is available on weekdays, from 10am to 5pm. You can come pick up the keys directly from our offices on: SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2320, 3RD FLOOR, APARTMENT B, Recoleta.
