This family home is full of history, memories and simple moments that make for wonderful childhood memories. Completely renovated with care to preserve its soul while bringing modern comfort, it has a private swimming pool. Nestled on the Charente land, the house offers stunning views of the Château de Villebois-Lavalette, a peaceful and authentic setting, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The space Large fully equipped living/dining/kitchen (classic filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker) with TV and wifi. This part, with an area of 60 m2, is air-conditioned. After descending a few steps, you have access to a first large 25 m2 bedroom with fireplace, its 140x190 bed, and a television. It has a sofa bed (with a very comfortable 140 x 190 cm mattress). This room can accommodate 4 people. A second bedroom with fireplace that can accommodate 4 people with 2 old "rollaway beds" of 120 x 190 and a double bed of 140 x 190. Between these 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and 2 basins. A third and last bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a private entrance, a private terrace with a view, a nice wooden baby bed and an adjoining bathroom. Summer days will be punctuated by a few dives in the 6 m x 3 m swimming pool, secured by a safety cover when you don't want to use it. An outdoor dining area is located right next to the pool as well as a large barbecue. In the large garden of 5000m2, children will be able to enjoy the trampoline, while others take a nap in the hammock in the shade of the trees. Optional on-demand sound and light set at €100 per day.
