Beautiful house with exposed stones on the Charente lands with private pool offering breathtaking views of the Château de Villebois-Lavalette. The space Large fully equipped living/dining/kitchen (classic filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker) with TV and wifi. After going down a few steps, you have access to a first large bedroom with a fireplace, a 140x190 bed, a nice wooden crib and a TV. A second bedroom with fireplace sleeping 4 with 2 old "roll beds" of 120x 190 and a click-clack with a very comfortable 140x190 mattress. Between these 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and 2 basins. A third and last bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a private entrance, a private terrace with a view, and an ensuite shower room. Summer days will be punctuated by a few dives in the 6m x 3m swimming pool, secured by a blade curtain when you don't want to use it. An outdoor dining area is located right next to the pool as well as a large barbecue. In the large garden of 5000m2, children will be able to enjoy the trampoline, while others take a nap in the hammock in the shade of the trees. Optional sound and lighting on demand at €100 per day.
