Awaken to spectacular ocean views and sunrises every morning from this charming 4th floor studio, mere steps from the sands of one of Florida's most desirable beaches! This cozy studio features a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and all of the amenities you'll need for a perfect stay at the beach. Nestled in a tranquil area of beachside, Seaside Hideaway is ideally located near local top rated restaurants and shops! The space Studio (4th Floor): One (1) Queen Bed, One (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa Pull-Out Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total parking passes are provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
