The cozy and comfortable apartment is ideal for 2 people (possibly with a maximum of 2 children) and about 42 m² in size. From the hallway, turn left into the kitchen and right into the bathroom. Straight ahead you can reach the living room with a cozy rustic dining area and a sofa bed and balcony. From the living room, two folding doors lead to the left side of the bed and to the window and to the right side of the bed and to the wardrobe. The space Highlights: 1 Our first highlight is the heated swimming pool (closed from 10/21 to about 11/30/24 due to water pipe breakage and annual inspection) 2 The second special amenity is the lighting control by Alexa. 3 There is also a safe in the wardrobe. 4 The underground parking space no. 33 is particularly pleasant in wet or very hot/cold weather and can be booked for €12/night, if available and not already booked by another apartment. 5. A washing machine and dryer are in the house (coin operated). 6 A gym and table tennis room are located in the swimming pool. 7 In the changing room of the swimming pool there is a solarium (coin operated). 8 There is a bicycle storage room in the underground parking lot. Guest access The whole apartment is for the guests. Other things to note The swimming pool is expected to be closed due to the annual inspection in November. Bed linen and towels (= linen package costs €15 from 3rd person) are included in the price for 2 people. Dogs are welcome, but subject to a fee (€10/dog/night). Since Bad Reichenhall is a spa, all guests must pay a spa tax. This is shown on Airbnb under taxes. The road to the apartment building goes uphill. The last hundred meters are steep. Instead of following the hundred meters uphill the road, you can also go up a staircase with about 34 steps.
