Guest will park in the driveway or on the side of the house and will enter the downstairs through the back of the house. Guest access Guest will have access to the second level floor with two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and laundry room. A locked door will separate the upstairs from the downstairs. There will be no other renters upstairs during your stay, ensuring complete privacy for your party. You will also have exclusive access to the entire backyard and the private hot tub and firepit. We ask that guests do not ship items to the house, as the mailbox is private and only accessible to the owner. We won’t be able to retrieve any packages sent there. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
