Incredibly charming house in an even more charming location. Small gravel roads lead out to this gem at the end of the headland. The nice house is tastefully decorated and the views are amazing. The three cats that live in the house add to the charm. NOTE: The cats will be home when you rent and need to be fed. In the basement level there is a separate apartment with toilet, shower, kitchen and sleeping area, which means that the accommodation can suit several different types of groups. The space Description of the house: Entry floor - From the road and the parking lot, you will find the small glazed porch that serves as the entrance to the house. There is plenty of room to store outerwear and shoes but also to sit and relax on the built-in sofas. Inside the porch there are stairs to the upper floor on the left, on the right first the bathroom then the cleaning storage room with washing machine and dryer. After the corridor, you come to the kitchen and living room. These face the lake side and the terrace overlooking the garden Lake Mälaren in the background. Open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with seating for 8-10 people at the large dining table. In the living room, there is a TV and a large sofa bed that becomes a 160 cm bed when extended. Upstairs - Up here are three bedrooms and exit to the balcony. Bedroom 1 is directly above the stairs and does not have a separate door. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are separate rooms with the possibility of closing off. The cozy balcony offers views of the bay and the small islands out in the water. Basement level with entrance from the garden - Down here is a separate apartment with sleeping area, fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, as well as dining area for 4-6 people. Large windows let in nice light and provide enjoyable views of the garden. The cats - The three cats Maja, Pricken and Lillan live in the house and are at home even during the rental periods. In the morning, they want a bag of portion-packed food and refilling of dry food and clean water that they have free access to. They take care of themselves and get in and out with the cat flap that is in the patio door. They do not have a litter box that needs to be emptied, but what is expected of our guests is that you provide food and water daily, instructions are in the house manual. Guest access Guests have access to the villa, both the main part and the apartment on the ground floor, as well as the garden. The hot tub is not filled in the summer of 2024 but can be filled and started for a separate fee of SEK 1,500, then there is a fee of SEK 100/day it is running.
