Relax! You will spend your vacation centrally located in a cozy, rustic and family-friendly 3.5-room apartment with balcony and terrace. Ideally, the apartment is designed for 4 to 6 people. The space The apartment is centrally located, ideal for ski enthusiasts, bikers or hikers. In less than 5 minutes by foot you can reach the valley station of the cable cars, the children's ski area (Sax ski area), various restaurants, sports shop, supermarket (Coop) and bus stop (Disentis/Mustér, Pendicularas). The Acla da Fontauna train station of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn is also within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes). In winter - if enough snow - a yellow marked ski slope of the valley descent passes the front door. The children's island is right around the corner. So ideal for skiers big and small... The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator (including Freezer), cooking stove/oven, Nespresso machine (capsules), toaster, fondue/raclette utensils equipped. The open living area/parlor with dining area/dining table and kitchen invites you to relax, play, relax and enjoy. In cooler temperatures, the fireplace stove can be heated with wood to your liking. Board games as well as children's toys/books are also available. The two bedrooms are accessible by a few stairs: => 1x bedroom with 2 beds with double bed (160x200 cm) => 1x bedroom with 6 sleeping places with 4 cozy sleeping places in the sloping roof (140 x 200 cm + 160 x 200 cm) accessible via steep stairs as well as a pull-out sofa bed on the lower level for two people (140 x 200 cm). If the apartment is only occupied by 6 people, the lower level with the sofa is a cozy retreat or second room. The apartment only has 1 bathroom. It has shower and toilet, for hot water there is an electric boiler (200 liters) available. Bed sheets and terry towels are, of course, provided. In the entrance area there is a boot room in which the shoes (incl. Ski/hiking shoes). For 1 vehicle, it is possible to park directly at the apartment. The vehicle must be parked in the garage (maximum vehicle height 1.95 m). Washing machine/dryer can be used on request or highchair for children can be used. In low season, wellness/bathing in the Catrina resort (right next door) is also possible (additional costs). An advance request regarding the current offer is certainly recommended. Please note: non-smoking accommodation, no pets allowed. Guest access The apartment is only accessible via the staircase (no elevator available). Other things to note 5 or 7 days of skiing? In principle, we rent weekly, from Friday to Friday. With us, however, 5-day ski holidays are also possible, for example, with arrival on Sunday and departure on Friday. Best to just ask... Tourist taxes/tourism promotion fees are included in the prices.
