Casa Mathias - Private Room #3

Casa Mathias is a family home that is close to all the necessities you may need. This location gives you the experience of Tico life. The location is in a tico neighborhood and it is very safe. We have a gate for privacy and a driveway if you wish to park your transport. Remember this is a jungle. The property is clean but you will find geckos and small insects on the property when if the doors and/or windows are left open. The space Casa Mathias is a very welcoming home where we thoroughly enjoyed our time with our visitors. It is also a place to make friends because we have visitors from different parts of the world as we accept students from Nosara Spanish Institute. Guest access Each guest will be assigned their own private room and bathroom and at the same time will have access to all shared living spaces. Shared spaces include kitchens, living rooms, and the driveway. During your stay I'm not always on site, but I'm always available to help. Just send me a message and I will answer as soon as I can. Other things to note Casa Mathias is a typical Costa Rican house with the aim of providing a cozy experience in a rural neighborhood with Costa Rican locals. Experience life as a local would. We would like you to know that there are mango trees around the property and sometimes fall into the ceiling. There are also nights of live music at the restaurant next to the neighborhood.
