This room and bath will meet your needs and be better than you expect. Comfortable and clean double bed, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, dresser, lamp, ceiling fan and a large closet are provided. The bath has walk in shower and is shared. Two lockable doors ensure privacy. Enjoy the spacious sitting area downstairs. Use of full kitchen is not included. Helen, Cherokee, Smoky Mountains, Tallulah Gorge are popular destinations for my guests. Quiet and peaceful. The space Microwave, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. Roku TV. Rental does not include the use of the kitchen. Guest access Guests have a shared bath with owner, and sitting area. The large front porch, which adjoins the garden pond, is also available. During your stay My work room is downstairs, as is the kitchen, but I sleep upstairs. Other things to note Guests must arrive the first night before 10:00 pm. No smoking or vaping on property.
