The Nora holiday home, with its two beautiful semi-detached houses, sea breeze 1 and 2, is located in Agios Spiridon, on the north-east coast of Corfu, approx. 5 km from the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi and Kassiopi. The space Each semi-detached house has a large terrace overlooking the beautiful, idyllic surroundings. The apartments each have two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and one with two single beds (1 x 2 m), a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi and a small library. Private parking is available directly on the fenced property. Perfect for the cooler months, as the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The terrace in front of the living/dining room is furnished with outdoor seating, sun loungers and a large parasol. All windows have insect screens and shutters. Each semi-detached house has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Two different paths lead directly from the house to the main beach and the snorkelling beach in our village. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue area, a pool shower and a coffee table with chairs. From the pool terrace, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets and a fantastic view of Pantokrator – the highest mountain on the island – the sea and the bird paradise ‘Antinioti’. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you can reach: the two fine sandy beaches of Ag. Spiridon, which are gently sloping and particularly suitable for children, a supermarket with a snack bar, another supermarket right on the beach, a travel agency with car rental, the bus stop, the riding horses, a rocky bay for snorkelling, the mini golf course, beach taverns and bars... The village of Perithia, with its traditional houses, taverns serving local delicacies, ice cream parlour and cafeteria, is 900 metres away, the caves of Lutzes are 4 km away, the UNESCO village of Old Perithia is 8 km away, and Mount Pantokrator is 18 km away. The ideal location offers the perfect holiday on the beach and in nature. As everything is within walking distance, you don't necessarily need a car. However, if you want to explore other parts of the island or the whole island, you can hire a car locally for a few days. Surrounded by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea, the bird paradise ‘Antinioti’ and Mount Pantokrator, our holiday home is a great choice for nature lovers, swimmers, hikers, walkers, horse riders and joggers.
