DolceVita Apartments N 500: San Marco 3 Bedrooms

Just few steps away from Piazza San Marco, this modern apartment, located on the first floor, is ideal for large families or for groups of friends, thanks to its 3 bedrooms: a double one, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single one. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower and a wide kitchen with dining area. All the rooms have air conditioning and smart Tv. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen; towels and sheets are provided. The cleaning fee of the apartment includes check-in arrangements, the meeting in person and the handover of the keys, as well as towels and clean linen. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire, fully-furnished and equipped apartment. Other things to note • Key Delivery: 2p.m. to 9p.m. There is a supplement of 50€ for late arrivals after 9:01 p.m. to pay in cash at your arrival • Venice Tourist Tax is not included: 3€ per person per night to pay in cash at your arrival. Children 10-16 pay €1,50,children under 10 are free • In winter, according to the Italian law, the thermostat can be set to a maximum of 22 degrees • You will have to dispose of your garbage according to the regulations of the municipality of Venice • In the common area in the entrance of the building (entrance hall) where the rubbish bins are located, there is a camera (which I don't have control) to monitor separate waste collection. • Under the windows where the private courtyard is located, on the ground floor there is a private courtyard which is not part of the structure, in which there is a camera (which I don't have control) which does not point at the accommodation or the windows but which is used to monitor access to the internal courtyard private. - Due to a regulation that differentiates hotels from apartments, we cannot provide the following services: breakfast, daily cleaning, luggage storage and providing tea, coffee, drinks, shampoo or body soap. Always according to current legislation, check-in is done in person. Someone will welcome you in Venice - The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Venice is used to finance interventions relating to tourism, maintenance, use and recovery of local cultural and environmental assets and related local public services - At your check-out we kindly ask you not to leave food, close the windows, turn off the lights, lower the heating to 15 degrees or turn off the air conditioning, leave the sets of keys on the kitchen table and to wash the dishes if you used the kitchen.
