Your Island Getaway is nestled in the heart of Frederiksted on the beautiful island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Conveniently located just minutes from the airport and refinery, as well as from some of the world's most peaceful and beautiful beaches. This newly decorated, very spacious one bedroom, 2 bath, private 2nd floor condominium with beautiful vaulted ceilings in a safe gated wonderful community can be your cure for the winter blues! The space Great natural lighting; tile floors throughout; beautiful walkout gallery with patio furniture and Weber grill overlooking the pool; kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, and brand new Keurig coffee maker; King size canopy bed with couch, and available queen air mattress; a/c unit in bedroom w/square foot BTU which cools entire condo; all linens and luxury towels provided; Beach towels provided as well! Guest access Laundry facility; pool; and patio overlooking the pool. Other things to note The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, and also has a brand new Keurig coffee maker for brewing your morning coffee! We do ask if you could let us know ahead of time if you will be checking in after 6:00pm as we will need our property manager to let you in. The complex security gates close at 6:00pm and re-open at 6:00am. We would also like to note that as we do provide initial essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., we are unable to provide them for entire stays so we can keep our daily rental fee so low and competitive. Also, per AirBnB’s disclosure guidelines, all guests should be made aware that due to the island humidity and salt water, metallic or ceramic surfaces in the unit may show normal signs of oxidation, lime deposits and calcification. Rest assured, housekeeping thoroughly cleans and disinfects prior to all arrivals which exceed industry standards.
