The space The villa boasts a functional layout surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. It features a fully equipped kitchen with access to a spacious terrace, a bright living room, and one bedrooms with double beds (135 cm). The en-suite bathroom has a shower, and the outdoor area includes a full bathroom with a shower next to the pool for added convenience. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool, a barbecue area, a putting green, and outdoor relaxation spaces. The property offers a unique connection with nature, with its own vegetable garden, chicken coop, and numerous fruit trees, all with a programmable automatic irrigation system, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant and well-maintained environment year-round. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Guest access The entire property is for the exclusive private use of guests. The villa, swimming pool, outdoor area, putting green, and all facilities are available solely for your stay, guaranteeing complete privacy throughout your visit. Other things to note To ensure the pool remains in perfect condition, regular maintenance is carried out every 3–4 days, which also includes plant care and garden watering. This task takes approximately 1.5 hours and is always scheduled with complete flexibility, adapting to guests' schedules so as not to interfere with their stay. The pool is usually available from June 1st to September 30th. For stays in May or October, please inquire about availability. The house is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility due to its small changes in level. If you are traveling with children, you must keep them under constant supervision for the same reason. Check-in is done in person to facilitate arrival and explain how the property works. The reservation must be made by one of the guests staying at the property. For reservations made on behalf of third parties, this must be indicated in the request and approved by the property owner. Important notice: Due to the fire prevention regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, it is not permitted to use the charcoal or wood barbecue between June 1 and October 15, as the property is located in a Forest Influence Zone (Law 5/1999 and Order of May 21, 2009).
