The space Beautiful newly built self contained annexe close to NEC, BHX, Resorts World and Three train stations. The Annex is self contained which is modern and spacious giving guests the ideal home from home experience whilst still enjoying the luxuries of a hotel. This is connected to the main house, but has a separate private entrance. The kitchen has built in appliances to include fridge/freezer, oven and hob and washer/dryer. It also includes pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave and a Ninja Air fryer.. In the lounge, there is a 42 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and other streaming apps that you can watch whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofa. Dedicated workspace, fast wi-fi for professional's working away. A Hairdryer, iron/ironing board is provided in the bedroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with towels and comfortable bedding. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed, so we could potentially cater for up to Four guests. Guest access Guests will have full access to the annexe. Other things to note Travel cot and high chair available upon REQUEST and pending availability. Please note we do not provide bedding or blankets for the travel cot due safety and hygiene reasons.
