My space is a family location in a privileged neighborhood, and is located less than 300 meters walking from bakeries, markets and pharmacies. It is also worth mentioning that the quitinete is 300 meters from the boarding/disembarking of the bus from the Steel City (bus that comes from the city of Rio de Janeiro). It is located just 900 meters from the gastronomic and tourist center of Penedo, where the Casa do Papai Noel is located with its colorful umbrella ceiling. The space My space is small but cozy, good for couples and business travelers. It is furnished with 1 full bed, ceiling fan, 1 TV, with a private bathroom. With a private kitchen containing a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and the main household utensils. We also offer bed and bath linens for two guests. WE PROVIDE BED AND BATH LINENS. THE BED FOR THE THIRD GUEST IS AN AUXILIARY BED. Other things to note We offer a small garage. We accept small and medium-sized pets. No pet carpets or food bowls are available.
