The space The room sleeps two guests on a queen size bed and has access to its own private bathroom. Guest access Please note, common areas that may be shared with other guests are: living room, kitchen, gated parking and other exterior areas like the garden and yard. You will have access to a large patio with one secure parking. Additionally, there are two garden areas located behind the unit. The upper garden has panoramic ocean views. There is also a green house that can be accessed through the back door of the unit with apple and avocado trees, cherry plants, blueberries and much more and in this garden nothing is forbidden to eat! Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 2 people. No pets, kids or additional guests allowed. May smoke outside only.
