4 bedroom home with views of Lake Tahoe. Hot tub, steam shower, pool table and mountain decor make this a perfect mountain retreat. The house sits well below street level. The garage is at the street level. There are several stairs to get to the front door. Once inside the house, there is a very narrow spiral staircase from the entry level to the downstairs. The TV in the game room has a ROKU stick. The TV upstairs in the living room has YOUTUBE TV, There is no cable at the house. The TV in the master bedroom does not work. I am only available by phone during your stay, as I do not live in Incline Village. I prefer to communicate via a phone call or text messaging with your cell phone. I don't always check the Airbnb listing for messages posted there. House is at a low elevation and on a street that gets plowed first thing in the morning, as it is on the school bus route. Walking distance to Lakeshore Boulevard which has a walking path.
