There is a garden, a refreshing 6x3-meter pool, an infrared sauna, large bedrooms, one on the ground floor with access to the pool, and two upstairs. The living room has a dining table, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms, a barbecue on the terrace and a seating area. Parking in front of the house. The city center is 30 minutes away by train, which is 8 minutes from the house, or 30 minutes by car. We are not a party house. The space On the ground floor of the house there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, etc. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one of the bedrooms also has a bathtub, and each room has a TV. There is also a large bathroom upstairs. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace, where there is a seating area, grill, swimming pool, garden. Other things to note We are NOT a PARTY HOUSE. We are in a residential neighborhood, so loud music in the garden or on the terrace disturbs the surroundings.
