Our 56 sq. m. apartment, completely renovated and furnished in June 2024, awaits you on a quiet street in the heart of Monteverde. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with all the comforts you could wish for. ​A welcoming retreat designed for you ​The apartment, located on the second floor with elevator access, has been meticulously designed to make you feel right at home. ​Living Room: A bright space for relaxation, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a 43" Smart TV for your movie nights. ​Kitchen: Equipped for every culinary need, complete with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony on beautiful Roman mornings. ​Bedroom: A regenerating sleep awaits you on a double bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows, alongside a 32" Smart TV. ​Bathroom: Complete with a modern shower and washing machine for your convenience. We've thought of everything: heating, air conditioning, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, USB ports, a full set of linens and towels, and a handy first aid kit. Strategic Location: Just Steps Away Our location is unbeatable for its tranquility and extreme convenience, whether traveling for leisure or medical reasons. The apartment is just steps from the San Camillo, Forlanini, Spallanzani, and Città di Roma hospitals. A mere 10-minute walk takes you to Trastevere Station, where direct trains depart for Fiumicino Airport, Civitavecchia, and Tivoli. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, pubs, restaurants, and pizzerias, all within easy walking distance. You'll find local restaurant recommendations, public transportation information, and helpful tips for using the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note Check-in and Hours Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. ​For check-in after 10:00 PM, a surcharge of €15.00 applies. ​For check-in after midnight, a surcharge of €20.00 applies. ​Additional Services ​Linen Change: Upon request, an extra set of clean sheets and towels is available for €20.00. During some periods of the year the apartment is ideal for longer stays, perfect for remote workers, professionals or visitors staying in Rome for a few weeks. ​Use of Both Beds: For two people wishing to use both double beds, a surcharge of €10.00 applies. ​Parking ​Free street parking is available nearby. Alternatively, we offer discounted secure parking at €15.00 per day. Laundry Rules ​To preserve the quality of our linens, we kindly ask you not to wash the sheets and towels provided.
