Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Designated parking areas is on the Driveway. Please do not park in front of neighbor's houses. 6️⃣WEATHER REFUND POLICY No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation. 7️⃣CHECKIN -CHECKOUT TIMING Check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 12 Pm. If Guests check out 30 min After check out time will get charge $50 . For any reason If Guest causes the next geust booking cancel they are responsible to pay for next guest Balance to the Host. geust has to stay in the suite at least 24 hours to be Allow to write review for the Host. 8️⃣ADDITIONAL RULES Please do not use the towels for removing makeup. please do not walk on the carpet inside bedroom with shoes.
