The Flat offers daily housekeeping, a heated indoor pool, gym and sauna. A full kitchen and washer and dryer complete the basic amenities. The space About the space: Prepared to accommodate your family, the flat offers a full kitchen, cable channels and air-conditioning throughout the space. Guest access About access to the space: Registered tenants can use the swimming pool, sauna, gym, and multi-sport court. Guests cannot access these spaces. Pets are not allowed by the condominium agreement. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other things to note General notes: The voltage is 220V.
