With countryside walks on the doorstep, it's the perfect escape for 4 guests to eat, sleep & relax! The space Step into my charming and stylish cottage, designed for comfort and relaxation. Living Area: Enter through a stable door into the cosy living room featuring super comfy seating, a crackling open log fire and TV with a BT hub for streaming your favourite apps (own accounts required) over our complimentary Wi-Fi. From the living room, double doors open out into the open plan kitchen-diner featuring a dining table comfortably seating 4 guests. There is also a small desk, ideal for remote working. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities including: • Double oven • Induction hob • Dishwasher • Large fridge freezer Beyond the kitchen is a separate utility room featuring: • Washing machine • Tumble dryer • Microwave There is also a downstairs WC in the hallway. Bedrroms & Bathrooms: • Master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample storage and a private ensuite shower room. • Bedroom 2 offers a double bed with a built in wardrobe. • The bedrooms also share access to the family bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. Outdoor space: The enclosed, terraced patio is a perfect sun trap, complete with ample seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. It's a secure space for your furry friends to enjoy. Somerton is a charming, peaceful village with many countryside and canal walks directly from the doorstep and a playground across the road for younger guests. Soho Farmhouse is a 15 minute drive, Bicester Village Designer Outlet, Blenheim Palace & Woodstock are all within 20 minutes with Silverstone just 25 minutes away. The Great Barn, Aynho is 3.5 miles away. Please note, there are no amenities in the village itself. For those traveling with pets, we welcome up to 2 dogs to join you during your stay. Please ensure you review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Additionally, a travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire end-of-terrace cottage and its amenities, including the private enclosed patio. • Self Check-In: Entry is via a key safe for your convenience. • Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are located directly behind the property. Please read the arrival instructions carefully for details. • Note: One small room on the first floor is kept locked for the owner's personal use and is inaccessible to guests. Other things to note Strictly no parties allowed. This is my own private home located in a quiet rural neighbourhood. We therefore ask guests to please be respectful of my home, personal belongings and our neighbours when staying here. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please respect these timings and try to keep noise to a minimum at all times as most of our neighbours are home during the day. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please. • Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement. • Log Fire: A starter pack of logs and kindling is provided from October to March. We suggest purchasing more locally if you plan to use the fire frequently. • BBQ: You are welcome to use the BBQ. Please provide your own charcoal and lighters, and kindly clean it after use for the next guests. • For Families: A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional cost of £25 per stay. Please request these at the time of booking and bring your own bedding for the travel cot. • For Pets: We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs for a fee of £30 per pet. Please ensure the pets box is ticked when booking. Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog: - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained - Please keep your pets off the beds & soft furnishings - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible - Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house - Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you Mid-stay cleans and/or linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge. Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a welcome starter pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks. Staying with Pass the Keys® The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company. Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.) If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7.
