Alpenchalet Valentine

Relax with the whole family in our Alpine Chalet Valentin. Located in a quiet location in Sautens of the front Ötztal. Up to 10 people can relax together with us and have this all to themselves in the vacation home. Our 5 bedrooms give each individual enough space and a chance to retreat. The space Our alpine chalet was built in May 2021 and completed on December 31, 2021. In each bedroom, there is a double bed for 2 people. Three of them on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. All living rooms are furnished and newly equipped. Both bathrooms with feel-good shower stand in the way of relaxation. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet area. The garden is only accessible to the guests of the chalet and gives enough space for a cozy barbecue evening with a Weber gas grill provided. Guest access Parking is right by the house entrance. One vehicle can park in the covered carport and there is also a station for electric vehicles. Another 3 vehicles can park in a row on the driveway. Other things to note Note: The statutory visitor's tax (local tax) is 5 euros per person/per night from November 2025.
