Palm N Cactus BNB has been completely renovated in a FUN and UNIQUE South-West style theme by a professional 5-Star designer. This trendy home comes with all new mattresses, beds, bedding, linens and furniture purchased in August 2022. Smart TVs in every room and a beautiful coffee bar which has a Keurig, a standard drip coffee machine and Coffee Press. Relax in the oasis backyard by the pool or bask in the sun on one of the lounge chairs next to our hand painted Arizona wall mural The space All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children and young adults accompanied by their parents) Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master) - King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower Bedroom 2 - 1 King bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin beds Bathroom 2 - Common bathroom with tub What you need to know: Enhanced cleaning practices to keep you healthy and safe Free WiFi Self check-in We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in both bathrooms Linens and towels supplied as well as a few pool towels. In the master bathroom we also provide for your convenience a portable shower chair for those who need it. We provide starters for toilet paper, paper towels, as well as dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. For those with longer trips, you may need to purchase additional supplies to get you through your stay. We also provide a pack and play and highchair along with children's books, games, and toys. In the living room and kitchen, we have cook books of all kinds as well as native and local reading material. We also have games and puzzles for big kids and adults! Need ideas of what to do? We have a few town guide books in our kitchen cubby and if you can't find what you are looking for, just ask! We love our state and would love to offer any suggestions! Central AC Camera on premises (outside only) overlooking the driveway, and overlooking the side gate to the house. We supply a grill and a propane tank but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank as needed and for cleaning the grill. 100$ charge will be charged if the grill is left dirty. Pool cleaning is on Tuesdays **Pool is not heated** Pool is 5ft at its deepest Our rules NO SMOKING! No Pets No parties/large gatherings or loud music Check in is at 4PM Check out is at 10AM (200$ fee for late checkouts due to increased time needed for extra cleanliness and sanitation practices.) Please be respectful of neighbors Guest access Guest will have access to the whole home, garage, backyard, and pool. Other things to note Love to Golf? Our beautiful home is nestled between several golf courses including Arizona Golf Resort & Event Center, Fountain of the Sun Country Club, and Superstition Springs Golf Club. Getting here: We are just about 8.5 miles north of the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and about 30 miles east of Phoenix Sky Harbor. Activities: For all our hiking and kayaking enthusiasts, we are about 30 mins west of Superstition Mountains and Saguaro Lake Park. Enjoy hiking, bird watching, and even catch a glimpse of our many wild horses! Tube down the ever so fresh Salt River or wade along the shore. If you have a little bit of a treasure hunter in you, scan the shores and metal detect around the Salt River as well. Don't forget to check out Goldfield Ghost town a famous mining town just east of us near the Lost Dutchman. On weekends they have live reenactments! Do you love antiquing? There are many well stocked antique stores nearby! Antiquing is one of our favorite hobbies as I'm sure it shows throughout our home!
