Casa Esperanza SJDS - Your Casa in San Juan del Sur! Located in the quiet La Talanguera area of San Juan del Sur, our Casa is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the action in town. With easy access to many beaches along the Pacific Coast, you can find the perfect beach for your wants. Surfer? Beach bars? Quiet beaches? They all are easy to get to with a short shuttle or taxi ride. The space Our air-conditioned, two-story condo has two bedrooms upstairs, both with their own bathrooms with showers, and both with access to the upstairs balcony views. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with High Speed Fibre internet and Netflix, as well as a 2 piece bathroom. Celling fans are located throughout the property as well. The lower level has a large patio with solar shades to block the afternoon sun, lots of comfortable seating, a hammock and a BBQ. Just down the stairs from the patio is the plunge pool (shared with 4 other condos.) The upstairs balcony has a great view of the surrounding landscape, including the main beach in front of town and has two glider rockers on it with ottomans. This balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. Guest access The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy. There are 4 other condos in our complex, and the plunge pool as well as the laundry facilities are shared. The parking lot gates are kept closed at night, and there is a security guard on duty 24/7. Other things to note Please note that we do limit the amount of electricity that is included in our listing price. By controlling your air conditioning usage, you can keep your electricity usage down. The bedroom units are separately controlled, and should be kept off when not using the bedrooms. The main downstairs unit should also be turned off when you are out of the unit, or upstairs sleeping. Our allowance is 25 kilowatt hours per day; anything over and above will be charged to you at the rate of US$0.50 per kilowatt hour. Note that at check-in our property manager will collect US$200 cash as your security deposit, which will be returned after any damages or excess hydro usage are deducted. Should you wish to use a credit card for your security deposit, please make advance arrangements, prior to your arrival, with myself or our local property manager.
