Explore the historic cities with their individual shops, take hikes through the picturesque countryside with rolling hills and alpine views, or relax at nearby Lake Constance. The 2024, high-quality apartment offers modern comforts on approx. 45 m² and convinces with a spacious balcony, equipped with seating furniture and sun lounger. The bright rooms and the large panoramic windows allow a fantastic view of the idyllic surroundings. The apartment is ideal for families and couples. The living area has a cozy dining area, a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes. The stylish bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensures a good night's sleep. A special highlight is the cozy children's sleeping facility on the gallery (120 x 200 cm), lovingly made of South Tyrolean old wood. Reachable via a ladder, it is a real adventure – suitable for children from 6 years old. The modern bathroom with almost walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. The entire outdoor area is available for the shared use of all our guests. Here you will find a beautiful barbecue area and playground for the whole family. While the kids romp around, relax on cozy sun loungers or enjoy the magnificent view. For convivial evenings – even during a short summer rain shower – the cozy, covered seating area invites you to linger and get to know each other. Amenities for an all-round carefree stay: Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand towels, shower and tea towels as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwasher and hygiene products. Final cleaning, linens and a set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. Things to Note: Dogs are allowed in this space at an additional cost. Please note that leashes are mandatory on the property, as the owners also have animals. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and nothing stands in the way of a late arrival due to the existing key safe. WiFi, parking and bicycle storage are free of charge.
