If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening. If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest.
