Ideally nestled in a beautiful area of Hossegor, our beautiful villa is a true haven of peace. Nestled under the pines, quiet, built on a beautiful 1,200 m2 wooded park, close to the Hossegor golf course and the city center, and 4 km from the beaches, it is exclusively dedicated to families with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Check-in & check-out are only on Sundays. The space The "Cabane sous les pins" is inhabited year-round and therefore offers all the comfort and functionality necessary for the smooth running of your vacation. One of its strengths is undoubtedly its location: One of the most popular residential areas of Hossegor, a few steps from the golf course, a wooded setting, quiet and at the same time close to everything. Guests can park their car and make their way by bike (access to bike paths). The garden is lush and has a nice tree house that will delight children. The pool is heated and equipped with an automated safety cover according to the standards in force. The terraces are living rooms in their own right as they lend themselves to sunny lunches and plancha aperitifs lasting until dusk (2 dining areas, a covered lounge area with outdoor sofa, coffee table...). The ground floor is composed of a large living/dining room that is very bright as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso machine, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer...). The sleeping area and the bathroom (with bathtub) are located upstairs: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm bed and the third with a 90 cm single bed. These 3 rooms serve a mezzanine library area with sofa and private balcony. All these spaces have air conditioning.
