The apartment we offer is a 45 m2 apartment in a peaceful residence. It is located on the 2nd and top floor. The apartment is quiet and spacious. The nearest metro station is Gustave Roussy station, line 14. With this metro line you can easily get around Paris. The apartment is perfect if you spend a weekend or a short week in Paris. There are two small shops nearby, a restaurant and a grocery store. The space The apartment, located on the 2nd and top floor of a building without elevator, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, (bed linen provided). From the room you have access to the balcony, or a small table allows you to have lunch. The bathroom and toilet are separate, we provide bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have provided everything you need to be able to cook. You will find salt, pepper, sugar, pasta, rice, tea, coffee... We also have fiber internet, but no television. No pets are allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Guest access The residence is 10-15 minutes from Gustave Roussy metro station, line 14. The residence is composed of a private and secure parking lot, or we can offer you a space.
