Surrounded by an impressive view to the mountain and a horizone washed by the Atlantic Ocean, we can find this property with a really special charm where the fruit trees, the hens and ducks, all together, turns it into a unique spot of calm and privacy. You will stay in a rural environment where we will be happy to recommend you various walking trails. You will be able to enjoy a barbecue and a relaxing bath in your private inflatable bubbles pool (NOT a jacuzzi!) after a morning of hiking. The space Casa La Resbala is a space located on the highlands of the town of La Orotava. The property holds a main house, and other two bungalows for those hosts who are seeking for peace, tranquility and privacy while surrounded by nature. The house, just in the Paísaje Protegido de la Ladera de la Florida, holds the Reserva Natural Integral de Pinoleris; limited by el Paisaje Protegido de Las Lagunetas at the East, and with the Parque Natural de la Corona Forestal at the South. It is a perfect location for hiking and to practice activities in nature such as horse riding, or others related to the agrotourism. The hiking paths that surround the house are ideal for families with children: they are accessible and safe. In the farm you can find different fruit trees, employed to produce “Los Sabores de Nena”; delicious marmalades. You will be able to appreciate Nena and her sister-in-law Carmen, while cutting and cooking the fruits and vegetables picked up from their land to produce this marmalades, very well known in our island. Also, you will have the opportunity to try them as they are normally included in the welcome pack for our guests so that they can taste local, traditional and handmade products. It is a great spot as a starting point to explore the rest of the island. In each case, we will be very happy to give you information and recommendations depending on your preferences so that you can enjoy Tenerife as a local. The house is a new construction with 3 rooms (double bed, single bed, and a single bed with a crib). It also counts with a sofa bed which can locate other 2 people. Ask us for this option if you need. On the terrace, in addition to the beautiful views, you will find a private inflatable bubbles pool (it's NOT a jacuzzi as, however it does have a heater, it doesn’t heat excessively) and outdoor shower. You will be able to cook a barbecue all together while you enjoy a sunset that makes the stay very special and unique. We are also very happy to welcome your dog(s), no matter their size.
