Maple Lake Retreat is located on Maple Lake with 4 Bedrooms / 2.5 Bath, lake facing windows, 3 decks, sandy beach, dock, plenty of yard space and firepit, with sleeping space for 11 guests (additional guest fees apply) and a basement game room. Maple Lake is great for fishing, boating, and swimming fun. Beautiful sunrise views and amazing sunsets from the beach or rooftop deck. Located less than an hour from Minneapolis this is your quick and easy relaxing getaway destination. The space Head towards the lake with plenty of seating, sunbathing & fun. ***There is a set of 72 stairs down to the Lake from the house; no ADA access.*** Rooftop patio above boathouse near the Lake with lounge chair, bench and table that seats 4 with a large patio umbrella. Sandy beach area for lounging, digging, or playing games. Splash in the lake around the dock and swim out to the floating dock, about 75 feet from shore, for sunbathing or jumping into the water (15-20ft water depths). From Memorial Day through Labor Day dock has built-in seating bench and great for fishing. Currently there is one kayak and paddle for use. ***Inquire about Dock in-water if before Memorial Day or after Labor Day.*** Kayak (1), beach/sand toys, plenty of chairs, yard games, and starter firewood included. Current yard games include bean bags, yard dice, croquet set, hook & ring toss and giant connect 4 game. Inquire about use of a 20' Pontoon Boat (11 person capacity, no pulling) for an additional fee. Message us for pontoon rental information! Please allow a minimum of 72 hours to pre-book the pontoon for usage during your stay. Guest access House sits on a double lot with lakefront, private beach access. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a few locked cabinets and closets. Garage, boathouse, and outdoor sheds are also locked and unavailable for guests. Other things to note About the Lake: Maple Lake is rated as one of the cleanest lakes in the area with 10ft water clarity. A total of 862 acres, its deepest point is 76 feet with average depth of 18ft. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. At this property Bluegill, Crappies, Bass and Pike have been caught off the dock. Bluegill are abundant and easily caught off the dock, with bass & pike caught when casting lures or spinners from dock at key times of the day/ seasons of the year. Water depth of 2-3ft near shoreline & dock. Hard lake bottom that is sandy around the dock area with minimal vegetation. Vegetation does tend to grow (especially in the late summer) at the end of the dock area at 5-6ft water depth, with the water depth dropping off >10ft, 10-15 ft from the end of the dock.
