This retreat has a spacious open floor plan with two owner's suites, a home gym, a sauna for two, a home theater space, access to two lakes, one block from a public beach on Lake Minnewashta, and a park with a playground, tennis court, and pickle ball courts. The basement has two main spaces, a finished living room with a fireplace, 55” 4K TV, game table… and a partially finished recreation room that is just over 1,000 sq ft with amazing gym equipment, a two-person sauna, and a large sectional to watch movies on the 98” projection screen. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house. There will be a few locks on some closet doors for storing personal property and cleaning supplies. Other things to note We are in the process of getting a building permit to add a spacious deck onto the home. We will update with details on when we expect to have the deck installed. We are hopeful it will be ready in July!
