The space The building's age is the first thing you feel and notice: thick stone walls, the quiet weight of history—but inside, everything is brand new. The suite was designed and finished by our in-house team with modern comfort in mind: clean lines, premium materials, and a layout that makes the space feel larger than it is. The bedroom faces a quiet back courtyard, so even on the liveliest Via Garibaldi evenings, you can sleep well. Blackout curtains and sound-insulated windows throughout. The living area has a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime, a JBL music station; and fast wifi. The sofa bed converts with an added quality mattress topper for two extra guests (160x190). The designer CREO kitchen is fully equipped—oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and premium cookware—and stocked with coffee, tea, olive oil, and spices. Other things to note Via Garibaldi 52 sits on the edge of Olbia's ZTL (restricted traffic zone), active from 20:00 to 06:00. Old-town evenings bring some street atmosphere, especially on weekends.
