The space Villa Selene Blu can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms located on the ground floor, and features 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Three of the double bedrooms have direct access to the infinity pool. The living area consists of a spacious open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. A bright veranda surrounded by large glass windows allows guests to enjoy sunlight from sunrise to sunset. The villa is located in an exclusive area accessible only to guests with an electronic device. The size of the property ensures maximum privacy and relaxation, while its unique position within one of the most prestigious residential areas offers a magnificent sea view overlooking the island of Tavolara. Fully renovated in 2024, the villa was designed to follow the natural slope of the land, with wide glass walls that create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor area, ideal for socializing, is surrounded by Mediterranean and tropical vegetation. It features a large swimming pool with sun deck, loungers, and several lounge areas. This space provides the ultimate relaxation, offering guests an unforgettable, dreamlike experience. Villa Selene Blu also boasts elegant open-air living spaces. A spacious veranda allows guests to dine outdoors while enjoying the breathtaking sea view, and a concierge service is available to cater to every need. The stunning 100-square-meter infinity pool is set into the ground, pearl-shaped, and measures 13 meters by 8 meters, with a sloping depth reaching up to 2 meters. PARKING Villa Selene Blu includes a private parking area for guests. Five parking spaces are available within the property, along with two pedestrian entrances and one driveway access. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €5.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
