Lovely garden house in lively neighbourhood

***This is an owner occupied Airbnb: whenever my house is not booked I LIVE IN IT, just like what it used to be when Airbnb started. Please be mindful of my belongings*** Unique one bedroom flat with an amazing garden in one of the most upcoming areas in Milan; live in a village within the city, 10 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes metro ride to the center. Enjoy the amazing bars and restaurants which the culture and history rich neighbourhood of Ortica has to offer. The space The apartment is located at the ground floor of a "casa di ringhiera", a traditional Milanese house with shared balconies. Before my flat was renovated it used to be a barn, and later on a laboratory for a bakery. The apartment is composed by a living - kitchen area, a spacious bedroom, a toilet and a very large garden. The third guest will have to sleep in the livingroom: the sofa you see in the pictures gets longer and turns into a single bed (it is not the most comfy you will find but it does the job). Guest access Guests will have full access to my home. Please remember: I live in this flat, so all my personal belongings will be around. If you are a minimalist or if you are looking for a super tidy house, better find another place which could better suit you. Also, do not expect one of those impersonal airbnbs made as a businness. -My house has a garden: this means that there will be mosquitos during summer and other small insects.
