Located 40 km from São Paulo, the farm is newly built. All terraced, it is airy and cozy. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, living room, kitchen, court, pool and barbecue with oven and wood stove. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 3 bunk beds and two double box beds. I have extra mattresses for a total of 15 people. The house has a stove, frost free refrigerator and another common outdoor area, tv, microwave, blender, and all kitchen utensils. The region is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, fishing grounds and bars. It offers fun for children, such as horse riding and carriage. Family atmosphere, privileged with lots of green, panoramic view and tranquility. Rest and fun are guaranteed!
