Our private tiny home is on a 1/3 mile of beachfront property with private access along the pristine Upper Delaware River, located on the scenic national byway. The Delaware River Valley runs right between the Catskill and Pocono Mountains. Our quaint hamlet of Barryville, NY offers antique shops, Farmers' market, local restaurants, and is close to other river towns, and Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, the original Woodstock site. "A Nature, Community, Arts and Culture Lover's Paradise" The space Cozy, cute, and newly built, with all of the amenities needed to enjoy the beauty of the area in total comfort. Equipped with a loft-style queen bed, and a comfy chair that opens to a single bed in the living area. Outside is a private deck on a manicured lawn with direct access to the clean river. Boating, tubing, fishing, swimming and eagle watching are a few activities you can enjoy right from your backyard. Feel free bring a tent to connect with the river and extend your experience to the outdoors, a $20/person/night/extra guest.
