Step across its trailing pathways and discover the spacious seating spaces that are dotted throughout the estate. The outdoor seating area with the fountain is perfect for having lovely conversations with your family. Kids will run around across the garden and will be prompted to jump in the cosy waters of the swimming pool. BATHROOMS There are a total of 3 ensuite bathrooms with a huge open shower area. All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, hair dryer, an open shower area, luxurious towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM Seamlessly blending in the surrounding greenery, the open living area by the swimming crafts a communal experience. The open living area can comfortably accommodate 10 people. DINING AREA Host a luncheon or enjoy a farm-to-table experience with your family, the dining area gives sweeping views of the hills and the garden. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 12 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals - It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, and toaster, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GARDEN Stepping out of the rooms, you’ll find this tranquil garden that is dotted with many flowers and has a dining area adjoined to it. The garden has a seating capacity of 20 people, perfect to host a spot gathering. OUTDOOR SEATING Nestled between the embrace of bedrooms and greenery, there is an outdoor seating area with a fountain. The outdoor seating area can accommodate 12 people comfortably. PORCH As you enter the villa, you’ll be greeted by a porch that gives you a glimpse of the stay that awaits your presence. The front porch has a seating area that accommodates 12 people comfortably. POOL Wrapped by the embrace of a well manicured garden and the open living room, the pool is a serene oasis for a tranquil dip. The pool is decked with six sun loungers and is 30 ft x 18 ft with 4.5 depth in size with availability up from 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access There are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 3 bedrooms and the common areas. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian meals and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A bonfire can be arranged and set up at an extra cost of Rs. 500 per session. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - We can provide accommodation for extra guests at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per night and Rs. 1000 per person, per night for kids and adults respectively. - Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
