Welcome to Loiblgut, at over 1,100 meters above sea level and on the sunny side :-) of Maria Alm. We have lovingly renovated our farmhouse and furnished 2 great apartments to feel good. The secluded location of the house allows you to really unwind. Large windows offer a fantastic romantic view of the surrounding mountains. Our apartment Weitblick can accommodate 7 people, the farmhouse is furnished for 2 people (and max. 2 toddlers). The space Our apartment Weitblick on the 1st floor can accommodate 7 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area, 1 bedroom with bathroom/bath and toilet extra, 1 bedroom with shower/toilet, 1 residential unit for 3 people with a bedroom for 2 people, 1 separate single bed and large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. From our large balcony, built in the farmhouse style, you are really close to nature and can also observe many wild animals. On request, we will bring fresh breakfast rolls in the morning. Parking is available in front of the house for free. Guest access In addition to the apartment, a ground-level ski room is at the disposal of our guests. Other things to note The ski slope can be reached after a short walk (approx. 250 meters on foot, then it is about 500 m over a rolled winter hiking trail to the mountain station of the Natrun and Sonnbergbahn) or by car: 5 minutes to Hintermoos to the valley station of the Schwarzeckalm and Sinalcobahn. In winter, snow chains are required for driving on snow.
