It is only a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn station, 2.5 km to the Daimler plant in Untertürkheim, 1 km to Mercedes-Benz Arena and Wilhelma Stuttgart, 700 m to the Wasen, 100 m to the Cannstatter Carre shopping center. It has 3 rooms with queen size beds as well as a sofabed in the living room. A total of up to 12 people can stay here. The space Three of the rooms each have comfortable queen-size beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for additional 2 people. A total of 12 people can stay here. Of course, towels and freshly made beds are provided free of charge. The living room invites you to cozy togetherness on the comfortable sofa bed or the dining room table with chairs. A flat screen TV and low board with storage compartments can also be found here. Please note that the living room has no door. Your kitchen is fully equipped with a small dining table and bar stools, stove and oven, dishwasher and a stylish standing fridge with freezer compartment.
