Tulip Cottage, built in 2011, is a healthy built, environmentally friendly, Energy Star-rated home. Easy walking distance to downtown Black Mountain and Lake Tomahawk. This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Please include the number of dogs when making your reservation. The space Tulip Cottage, built in 2011, is named for the Tulip Poplar trees in the yard. The cottage is a healthy-built, environmentally friendly Energy Star-rated home. Easy walking distance to downtown Black Mountain and Lake Tomahawk. This comfortable, unique home features custom cabinetry and woodworking, and a screened-in porch, in a beautiful wooded setting. This three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps six, and sheets and towels are provided. Includes WiFi, Cable TV, Dishwasher, and Laundry. House Layout: Main Floor- Living room with TV; kitchen and dining area; laundry room; full hall bath; Bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs- Full hall bath and 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. Please note: There is an OUTDOOR security camera aimed at the driveway. The owner will be keeping a red Chevrolet truck parked at the end of the driveway, beyond the gravel, until May. It does not impact parking. This house is pet friendly with an additional pet fee. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note For dog-friendly houses, approval of the pet by Greybeard Rentals must be obtained. Those cottages allowing dogs are limited to one or two housebroken domestic animals, depending on the home. A $100.00 per dog, non-refundable fee is charged on all reservations including a pet. Sorry, but cats are not allowed due to common allergies.
