Beautiful family-friendly house with a pool

House for a family atmosphere not suitable for young people who want to party. It has two floors, is spacious, has a very good climate, three bedrooms, a solar heater for showers, and has WiFi, cable, and TV. A 7x4 pool and a small pool, both without a boiler, are at room temperature, comfortable and pleasant garden, parking for two small cars, close to recreational centers and beautiful tourist spots. In the garden, you'll also have a shower and toilet. There's a barbecue in the garden under the wooden table. Upstairs, there's a full shared bathroom for the three bedrooms. So, you only need to arrive with your food, luggage, and personal accessories. Enjoy your days off. Feel at home and take care of it. The house is located on an unpaved street. However, the area is very peaceful. There are roosters in this area that sing early and also a church that calls people to mass on Sundays at 6:30 AM. Guest access Enjoy your time of rest and pleasure. There is a very friendly Labrador dog that I separate during the day, but at night he goes out to take care of the property. For our safety, out of respect for the neighbors, music or atmosphere after 10:30 pm should be moderate. The area is quiet and family-friendly. Other things to note In the garden area you can enjoy, rest and eat as well as spend pleasant family moments. In the pool area you will find a shower and bathroom very independent of the house to be more comfortable. At the end of your stay I ask you to put the garbage in the containers at the entrance. Likewise, I emphasize that if something in the house is broken, if there is damage it will be charged without exception. Remember to take care of the house as if it were yours. I will appreciate it As it is a very hot place, the windows are open most of the time so dust cannot be easily avoided. I also remind you that for the same reason you must keep the entrance mosquito net closed since flies can sneak in because of the smell of food, and at night the mosquitoes are not absent.
