It is stocked for 6 people. Bedroom 1- double bed with TV Bedroom 2: 20mts2, double bed + 1-square double cabin, national TV channels. Both bedrooms with downs, blankets, pillows and mattress cover. Does not INCLUDE sheets and towels Bathroom 1: Full, hair dryer. Bathroom 2 visit - no shower laundry washer included. There will always be toilet paper, hand soap and shower soap. American kitchen full kitchen with oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar condiments, salt, oil. It also has a vacuum cleaner, turbo heater and laser paraffin for cold days. Outside parking delimited, with lighting. It is important to mention that the apartment is in a protected area of Tsunami, it is located on level 30 (Norma zona Seguro). Strictly prohibited parties with bothersome noise.(Cancellation of stay). The superior apartment is not rented and has no common spaces, or exits on the same street. Supermercado Unimarc en Av. el Golf ( roundabout) are also Farmacia Cruz Verde, Restaurant Capitan Willie and Querida Lima. The beach is located 5 minutes by car, both Playa Sur, the best known, as Playa Norte ( Marbella) where the mouth of the Maipo and Humedal river is. From the accommodation you can walk (20 minutes) to the beaches, it is a pleasant time to stroll through the residential neighborhoods of this beautiful town park. The accommodation is located in one of the main streets of Santo Domingo so the locomotion passes very close(50 mts), but it is good to know that the collective locomotion is not allowed to go down to the beach, this is only to enter and exit the commune, towards Llo-Lleo, San Antonio and its surroundings. Places to walk in Santo Domingo: Playa Norte: Mirador Piedra del Sol, mouth and Humedal Rio Maipo, registered entrance but free of charge. Playa Sur: The most well-known and extensive. Outside the Balneario towards Las Brisas condominium is the famous Parque Tricao 9.3 km in the direction of the South by road, walk not to be missed and recommended. (Requires reservation and payment). -Matanzas(Surf area) -Lago Rapel, among many other places. Inbound to the North: You can visit the Litoral de los Poetas; Isla Negra (Pablo Neruda's house), Algarrobo. Guest access There are no common areas, the place is totally independent in entrances and parking. Other things to note A quiet city that combines countryside and beach. Only rented to families The accommodation is located steps from one of the main streets of Santo Domingo, so transportation is very close. It's good to know that vehicles are not allowed to go down to the beach, this is only to enter and exit the commune. The beach is 5 minutes away by car, a little further on foot, but it's a nice time to stroll, breathe the clean air and take advantage of seeing our beautiful city, its gardens and squares, known as the "park commune". From March to December there is no cost for parking on the beach. Places to walk: Viewpoint, Piedra del Sol (north beach) Bird viewpoint (on north beach towards the mouth of the Maipo River) Leaving the commune to the north you can visit; Litoral de los Poetas, Cartagena, Isla Negra (home of Pablo Neruda), Algarrobo. To the south, beautiful Tricao Park (entrance through Las Brisas condominium) Yali Reserve (get permission beforehand at CONAF). surfing area in Matanzas and Lago Rapel, among many other places.
