You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We are one of the most luxurious boutique hotel cum resorts in Khurpatal Nainital area. Surrounded by lofty pine and old cedar trees on one side and a small stream on the other the property offers a gorgeous vista of the mountains. This property is just 7 km’s away from Nainital at the Rusi By-pass road in Khurpatal. Its the perfect offbeat family getaway. We offer 8 Double Occupancy Rooms and 1 Family Room with Quad Occupancy. The space We have three separate buildings. Two cottages with 4 rooms each. Two rooms on the ground floor and two rooms on the first floor. The ground floor rooms have a private verandah and small lawn and the first floor rooms have a private balcony. Each room (15x15 ft) in this cottage has a separate entry. Every room has an attached washroom/ bathroom (6x10 ft) with a separate shower cabinet, wardrobe, full body size mirror, workspace with a small desk, smart TV, a table, free Wi-Fi and two chairs. One room can accommodate three guests. We provide an extra mattress and bedding if required by the guests. In the third building on the ground floor we have our Dining Area/ Restaurant. It can seat up to 24 individuals at one time. We also have our kitchen and staff quatres on the ground floor of this building. On the first floor there is a quad occupancy room (17x21) with an attached bathroom (6x7). The room has two double beds and it can accommodate up to 6 people as we can provide two extra mattresses. Each room has a wardrobe, full body size mirror, Smart TV and Free Wi-Fi. The property overlooks the beautiful Khurpatal Valley and is situated in a calm and serene Kumaoni Village. It is surrounded on one side with a magnificent pine tree jungle and a small ravine with brook on the other. In the backdrop you can see the majestic Bara Patthar Hill and Tiffin top of Nainital. We have our very own parking space at the Property and 9-10 four wheelers can easily be parked here. Guests travelling in Mini Buses/ Force Travellers need to walk a 250m Distance to the property and our staff helps them with carrying the luggage to the property. Guest access Guests have Access to the Shared dining and Reception area. The guests can also enjoy their time outdoors in the property lawn. They can also go on short hikes around the property. Other things to note We also provide additional services like bonfire facility for a group, Projector and Outdoor Dining, Candle lit Dinnner etc. The requirement for these services need to be communicated to us beforehand so that we can make the arrangements accordingly.
