Apartment with a birds eye view

Beautiful view of our farm like property. Mid century Vintage apartment. We are conveniently located 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, (17miles or 20 min drive from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium) 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. Guest access There is a shelter house that is available for guest use. We do have a charcoal grill that guests can use also. Other things to note This apartment is on the second floor. This has another apartment that is on the other side of two doors that are locked from both sides (much like connecting rooms in a hotel room) this is why we like quiet quests. It is not sound proof and you should be considerate of your neighbors. The radiator in the bedroom with a desk is off and cannot be turned on. There is alternative heat source in this room for use. Please answer our pre-booking questions if you’re interested in booking. These are found at the beginning of the house rules. There is free vehicle parking for ONE vehicle included with the reservation. Additional vehicles will have an additional nightly fee. Recently we have had two comments about the shower water pressure being low. This is a new issue being brought to our attention. We believe is related to water consumption in other parts of the house. This may occur during your stay please contact us immediately if possible so we can better understand this and try to solve it.
