Perched atop a hill with expansive horizons, a beautiful sunrise is the alarm clock every morning in this studio apartment. With views of the ocean, canyon, mountains, and all of the wildlife that resides in the trees, this house is made for those who enjoy drinking their coffee or tea early in the morning, while listening to the forest come alive with sounds of howler monkeys, songbirds and insects as nature awakens to greet the sun. Amenities include: King size bed Living-room with sofa that can sleep 1 (size of twin mattress) Equipped kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, small refrigerator, and all basic cutlery/dish-ware/utensils necessary for a standard meal Full bathroom with hot water Air conditioning Beautiful private covered deck with comfortable outdoor seating Ceiling and floor fans indoor and out Cable TV The studio is part of a 4-unit single story structure, wherein some walls are shared between neighboring units. The design, however, was done in a manner that ensures complete privacy (both indoors and in the outdoor seating areas) for all guests staying in each of the units.
