This three bedroom, two full bath house decorated in coastal style has a dinning room, kitchen, living room and spacious sitting room to accommodate families large and small. Other things to note Please review the following information regarding Covid-19 requirements per the State of Maine. People who are not Maine, New Hampshire or Vermont residents must complete a Certificate of Compliance form indicating they have received a negative COVID-19 test result, or that they will quarantine in Maine for 14 days, or that they have already completed their quarantine in Maine. The Compliance form can be found on the State of Maine government website. This Certificate of Compliance must be provided to check-in at all Maine lodging, campgrounds, seasonal rentals, and other commercial lodging, such as Airbnb. Per the State of Maine, visitors may be asked to furnish proof of the negative test result upon request. Each guest who is over 18 years old is required to sign a Certificate of Compliance.
