The space Oong Lee (Water House) & Long Lee (Rock House) are loft bedroom cottages. For ground-level bedroom cottages, please look at our listing for Sofyum Lee @ Art Mile & Sagaor Lee @ Art Mile We currently have 4 private cottages with either loft or ground level bedrooms, living space that also turns into a verandah with seating furniture and ensuite washrooms. Each cottage has their own private outdoor area to enjoy the winter sun and view the surrounding hills. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities - premium bed & bathroom linen, water heater & tea & coffee kits, Portable room heaters, portable emergency solar lights, 24 h solar heated hot water & hairdryer. Free Wifi is available in all areas of the property. We also have 4 Dorm Rooms with the same amenities. Kyaong Kaat, Nyet, Saam, Fali Guest access We have a shared indoor as well as terrace dining space and outdoor spaces across the property to walk around, view the Kanchenjunga main peak and the hills, our Kitchen Gardens and a secluded space to enjoy bonfires, barbecue and party. Adjacent to our property we have forest patches and villages through which guests can take walks. The town is a 15 min drive from our place or a 40 min walk through short cuts. The entrance to our property is a 2-min walk down through a forest patch. A road will be completed soon. Other things to note Our phone numbers are available on search engines. Getting Around We can help you book reserved cars to town, for your sightseeing locally in Kalimpong, nearby places like Darjeeling & Sikkim as well as to and fro Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. Kalimpong has shared taxi service. One can walk up to the pick up point (Biren's shop) 15-20 minutes up from our property and wait. Taxis ply at an interval of 15-30 minutes. It takes about 40-50 minutes to walk to the Kalimpong Town Centre from our property.
