ROOM in a very nice 44-year old house located in Monterrico; quiet and residential area, 3 blocks from Museo de Oro (Gold museum), near shopping areas, parks, restaurants, cafés. Not far from US Embassy and Jockey Plaza, the biggest mall in Lima. The space The room is located on the second floor of the house and is next to a nice terrace with plants, overlooking a lovely vertical garden. There is one bed with a Twin Mattress(39" wide x 75" long,99cm wide x 190cm long) Guest access The part of the house accessible to guests is the second floor, which is accessed through the kitchen. During your stay The host speaks Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Italian, and will gladly assist the guests with any needs.
